One week a year, the whole fleet sails together.
The Gathering is our wellness and longevity retreat at scale — eight boats, one archipelago, and a programme that runs across all of them. Practitioners aboard and ashore. Cold water at dawn, real food, long sailing days, sauna in the evening, and a stone terrace for dinner with people worth meeting.
It is the only week where the size is the point. A clinician for six guests is a luxury; a clinician for fifty is a faculty. And the conversations that make a week matter happen between boats, ashore, at the long table — not in a saloon with the same five people.
What The Week Is Built On
- Movement
- You work the boat. Winches, helm, anchor, swimming between islands, ridgelines ashore. Strength and balance decide how you live at seventy, and neither is built on a sunbed.
- Cold and heat
- Morning immersion from the transom, sauna ashore in the evening. Contrast is the oldest practice there is, and the sea provides half of it free.
- Food
- Adriatic, seasonal, protein-forward. Low and no alcohol throughout — the change most guests say they keep.
- Sleep
- Air conditioning, quiet anchorages, no engines before eight, and dark skies at anchor well away from harbour light.
- Knowledge
- Sessions ashore with practitioners on hormones, metabolic health, strength and sleep. Evidence, plainly explained, with time for the questions nobody gets to ask in a ten-minute appointment.
- People
- Fifty women, mixed by design across ages and stages. Social connection is the health intervention nobody sells, because nobody can package it.
Measured, If You Want It
We do not test anyone and we prescribe nothing. What we offer is a partner clinic: baseline work before the week, and the same panel eight to twelve weeks after. They hold the data and the clinical responsibility. We run the seven days in between.
Most wellness weeks ask how relaxed you felt when you left. This one is built around a harder question: what is different three months later.
Who It Is For
Women who have the means and the time and no interest in a spa. Some arrive alone — most do. Some come with a friend, some with a daughter, some with their board. Sailing experience is not needed and is not assumed; you will have some by Friday.
How The Days Run
- Day One
- Split. Boarding across the fleet, the first passage out, and the long table ashore that evening.
- Day Two
- Cold swim at dawn. Sailing in the morning, the first session ashore in the afternoon.
- Day Three
- The long leg. Boats mix crews at the halfway anchorage.
- Day Four
- Strength and movement ashore, then a free afternoon that is genuinely free.
- Day Five
- The metabolic session, and the sauna at dusk.
- Day Six
- Islands, swimming, and the last dinner as one table.
- Day Seven
- Return to Split, and what each of us commits to for the year.
What The Price Covers
- Seven nights aboard in a private cabin
- All meals aboard and dinners ashore
- Every session, ashore and afloat
- Sauna and cold-water programme
- Skipper and crew across the fleet
- Harbour and berth fees
- Twelve weeks of aftercare
Afterwards
A group call at four weeks and again at twelve. Optional repeat testing with the partner clinic at the twelve-week mark, so the week is measured rather than remembered.
