Women-Centred Charter · Retreats · Ownership

Your Place At Sea.

For women with the means and the time but not the group — and for anyone who would rather be taught the boat than carried on it.

Come alone, come as two, or take the whole yacht. We arrange the vessel, the crew, the route and the week — and in time the boat itself. Based in the Adriatic, sailing worldwide.

We Have Been On The Boat.

Female-led yachting professionals with more than ten years at sea, across the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific and the Atlantic.

Most yacht concierges are travel agents with a telephone. Ours have stood the watch. That is the difference between a fleet list and a judgement — knowing which berth in Vis is untenable in a bura, which operator cuts corners between seasons, and which “chef aboard” is a hostess with a frying pan.

At sea
50,000 nautical miles sailed, and more than a thousand guests served aboard, across yachts of every kind.
Qualified
Yachtmaster 100GT with STCW and ENG1, sailing commercially rather than recreationally.
Beyond the water
An MBA and two decades in corporate, investment and international business — which is why the ownership conversation is a serious one rather than a sales one.
Sailed globally
The United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. Based in Croatia, at home in a good deal more than it.
The fleet
A portfolio of over 10,000 yachts worldwide through our partners, and a network of professional crew with genuine local knowledge — the routes, the producers, the places that are not in the guidebook.
What we care about
Women’s access to this world, and authentic local experience delivered at a premium standard. Those two things are the whole business.

About Y/V

This Industry Was Built For Someone Else.

A woman with money, time and no group cannot get to sea in a way that respects her. That is not a taste problem. It is a structural one.

Yachting sells whole boats, in peak summer, to groups who already know each other, through a broker who addresses whoever seems most senior and most male in the room. Everyone outside that shape is quietly excluded — the solo traveller, the woman between chapters, the mature guest who wants the sea without the noise, the group of friends who cannot fill a yacht between them.

We exist to answer that. Every way in, at every size and budget: a single cabin on a dated week, a place in a flotilla, or the whole yacht to yourself. Wellbeing and discovery, groups and celebrations, private charter and eventually ownership.

Our aim is to listen — and to open this world to you, for every horizon you wish to attain.

What We Are Built On

I

Adriatic Heritage

The sea that shaped empires now shapes owners. Šibenik, Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik — home waters, not a marketing map.

II

Field Judgment

We do not list a vessel we have not seen or place crew we have not met. Concierge means nothing without it.

III

The Collective

Guests who arrive alone and return as a cohort — then as owners, operators and advisers to one another.

IV

Narrative Power

Skipper’s Eye. Owner’s Mind. The Briefing. A house with a point of view, published.
