Wellness Retreat
The active week - pilates, mobility, open water and a moving deck.
Reserve A PlaceAsk A Question- Pilates and mobility on deck each morning with a qualified instructor
- Balance and strength built on a moving deck, not a studio floor
- Open-water swimming daily
- Island ridgeline walks in the late afternoon
- Every guest helms, winches and anchors
- Low and no alcohol throughout
The two weeks that look alike are not alike. The Longevity Retreat measures. This one moves.
Balance is the active week: pilates on deck at anchor, mobility and strength in the morning, open-water swimming, island ridgelines in the afternoon, and real work on the boat in between. Winches, helm, anchor. A yacht is an unusually good gym — uneven ground, constant small corrections, and a reason to use your body that has nothing to do with a mirror.
Nobody counts anything. There is no leaderboard and no six-week programme waiting at the end. The point is simply to leave stronger and steadier than you arrived, and to remember what that feels like.
The Practice
- Pilates and mobility
- Morning sessions on deck at anchor with a qualified instructor. Mat-based, scaled to whoever is aboard, and genuinely useful for backs that spend the year at a desk.
- Balance
- The thing nobody trains until they need it. A moving deck teaches it faster than any studio floor.
- Open water
- Swimming daily between islands and off the transom, in water clear enough to see the bottom.
- Ashore
- Island ridgelines and old stone paths, walked in the late afternoon when the heat has gone.
- Aboard
- You sail the boat rather than watch it. Every guest helms, works the winches and takes a turn on the anchor.
- Food
- Adriatic, seasonal, protein-forward. Low and no alcohol throughout.
How The Days Run
- Day One
- Split. Boarding, a short passage, and the first swim before dinner at anchor.
- Day Two
- Pilates on deck at first light. Sail handling in earnest, long swim in the afternoon.
- Day Three
- Ridgeline walk ashore, then an afternoon passage under sail.
- Day Four
- The long leg. Watches shared properly between the crew.
- Day Five
- Mobility, a quiet anchorage, and a genuinely free afternoon.
- Day Six
- You bring her in. Every guest berths the boat once.
- Day Seven
- Return to Split.
