The CEO Week
For chief executives. The conversations that do not happen in a boardroom.
Reserve A PlaceAsk A Question- Six to eight chief executives, one vessel
- Every guest in a private cabin
- Morning sessions, afternoons under sail
- Strict confidentiality, agreed on the first evening
- No phones during sessions or dinner
- Invoiced to the company, with full documentation
The higher you go, the fewer people can tell you anything useful. Your board wants performance, your team wants certainty, and your peers are mostly in a room where everybody is presenting.
This is a small week for chief executives who need a genuine peer group rather than another conference. Six to eight people, one boat, sessions in the morning and open water in the afternoon.
What gets discussed here does not leave the boat. That is the entire premise, and it is why the group is kept small and chosen carefully.
How The Days Run
- Day One
- Split. Boarding, and the confidentiality each guest agrees to.
- Day Two
- The thing you cannot say at work. One session, no time limit.
- Day Three
- Long passage. The best conversations are on the helm.
- Day Four
- Succession, boards and the questions of the next five years.
- Day Five
- A day at anchor, deliberately unstructured.
- Day Six
- What each guest changes on Monday.
- Day Seven
- Return to Split.
What The Price Covers
- Seven nights aboard in a private cabin
- Facilitation and all sessions
- All meals aboard and dinners ashore
- Skipper and crew
- Harbour and berth fees
- Corporate invoicing and documentation
Afterwards
A call at eight weeks, and a standing introduction to the rest of the cohort for as long as it is useful.
