Enquiries Are Not Bookings

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Charter availability, vessels, itineraries and prices shown or discussed are indicative until confirmed in writing. A charter exists only once a separate written charter agreement is signed and the required payment is received. That agreement, not this page, governs the charter itself.

Membership

Club membership is by application and may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion. Membership confers access and priority; it does not guarantee availability on any given vessel or date.

Prices

Shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and duties are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

Delivery

Timescales are estimates. Risk passes on delivery.

Returns

Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All text, imagery and marks on this site belong to Yacht Vanguard or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Vessel specifications supplied by owners and third parties are believed correct but are not warranted, and are subject to change or prior sale and charter.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Charter agreements may specify a different governing law and forum appropriate to the vessel and cruising ground.
