How Yacht Vanguard collects, uses and protects your personal data.

This site is operated by Women’s Yacht Club, LLC (“Yacht Vanguard”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company with operations in Split, Croatia. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through yachtvanguard.com.

What We Collect

Who Sees It

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary: with the vessel owner, crew or marina delivering your charter; with payment and hosting providers; with our accountants and advisers; and where required by law. Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years. Booking, order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Account data is kept until you close the account.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, write to josipa@yachtvanguard.com. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority; in Croatia this is AZOP.
